Wales Meets Australia: Readings by Harry Laing, Nicola Bowery, Kristian Evans

Harry Laing and Nicola Bowery are poets, performers, writers and teachers.

Harry came from the UK to live in Australia in 1991. He has published two collections – ‘Thirst’ and ‘Backbone’.

Nicola is from New South Wales and has published ‘Goatfish’ a powerful collection – available on the night.

Nicola and Harry own the property of ‘Geebung’ 100 acres of the Southern Tablelands, New South Wales. They’re close to wilderness and half their land is native forest.

Kristian Evans, is an artist and poet from Bridgend. He’s working on his first book, ‘The Nomad’s Garden’. He lives in Kenfig.
