SUSSED is moving to larger premises in James St. Porthcawl
The move to the new shop on James St., Porthcawl, is underway with the old shop opposite Fulgoni’s Cafe now closed as our dedicated volunteers continue to redecorate and rennovate the James St. premises.

Shopping for a change
Fair trade, local, green
SUSSED is a community co-operative and shop at 92 John Street, Porthcawl, selling fair trade, environmentally friendly goods and local produce. Good goodies!
This is a unique project, with nothing like it between Cardiff and Swansea.
Evidence suggests that more people than ever want to shop with a conscience, buying products that benefit both people and the planet. Choosing to shop at independent shops is the only way to assure that our town centres do not become cloned high streets but ones with distinct cultures, diverse and busy whilst also supporting the local economy. 
But SUSSED is not just a shop! You can also become a co-operative member and we offer an education and outreach service!

SUSSED stocks a wide range of goods, including:
- FairTrade goods such as chocolate and confectionary, pottery, stationery, jewellery, clothing (Namaste etc.), groceries and home furnishings
- Locally made goods such as artwork, fashion accessories, crafts and foods
- Books (Welsh authors from Seren Books based in Bridgend)
- Recycled goods such as stationery, glassware and consumables
- Green and ethical products such as home cleaning products, toiletries, reusable items and a refill service for washing liquid
- Eco friendly toys and games
- Divine Chocolate
