This form is to help us organise the bookings, particularly of group bookings, thanks for your help. Please indicate on the form whether you have paid for your tickets or will be paying later.
Tickets available from SUSSED, James Street Porthcawl or pay online via SUSSED (tickets can be collected from SUSSED):
Two options - two courses or three courses
Two course ticket £30 per person.
Three course ticket £35 per person

Complete the booking form below to help the restaurant prepare for your meal. Your completed form will be emailed to Margaret Minhinnick at Sustainable Wales when you click “submit”.
